Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will review the specificity of conditions for the eligibility to use mobility scooters.

There are no plans to review the specificity of conditions for the eligibility to use mobility scooters. Eligibility to use mobility scooters is defined by Section 20 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.
