Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many people subject to an IR35 review have been deemed to be a business entity in each of the last five years.
This question was answered on 5th March 2015
IR35 reviews do not result in a business/individual being 'deemed to be a business entity'.
