Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, which areas are taking part in the talented leaders programme; and how many school leaders have been recruited to that programme in each area to date.

There are currently fifteen priority areas around the country that have joined the Talented Leaders programme. They are Bradford, Blackpool, Suffolk, North Lincolnshire, Redcar and Cleveland, Hartlepool, Stockton on Tees, Sunderland, Norfolk, Southend on Sea, Bracknell Forest, East Sussex, Medway, Thanet, and Portsmouth. Additional areas are expected to join over the coming months.

The Future Leaders Trust that runs the programme is currently matching talented leaders with schools in some of the priority areas.
