Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what proportion of suppliers to his Department and its agencies and non-departmental public bodies are signatories to the Prompt Payment Code.

Cabinet Office uses standard government Terms and Conditions that places an obligation on Suppliers to pay subcontractors within a timescale that does not exceed 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice.
