Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what requirements his Department and its agencies and non-departmental public bodies place on suppliers in respect of their payment terms to subcontractors as part of their standard terms and conditions.

In line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the standard terms and conditions HM Treasury uses require suppliers to pay subcontractors within 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice.
