The current measure is for the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) to complete 90% of cases that require further medical investigations within 90 working days of receiving an application and currently over half of applications are completed within 40 days.

The DVLA routinely assesses the adequacy of the Customer Service Measure through analysis of enquiries and complaints to help improve its service.
