Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether it is the Government's policy to leave the 1964 London Convention; and if he will make a statement.

On 3 July the Secretary of State tabled a Written Ministerial Statement which advised Parliament that the UK had notified its intention to withdraw from the 1964 London Fisheries Convention.
