Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what discussions his Department has had with NHS England and Monitor on the national tariff options for NHS mental health providers.

The Department’s Ministers meet with NHS England and Monitor on a regular basis where they discuss a wide range of issues. I met with Monitor and NHS England specifically about the mental health tariff arrangements in January and May 2014.
