Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the executive summary of the Government's Digital Inclusion Strategy, published in April 2014, what his latest estimate is of the proportion of the adult population who will never gain basic digital capabilities.

Latest estimates are that 10% of the adult population will never gain basic digital capabilities. We will update this figure as new data becomes available.
