Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what the cost was of removing existing artwork and installing new artwork from the Government Art Collection in the Office of the Chief Executive of the Civil Service.

Art from the Government Art Collection was installed in various offices in 70 Whitehall, including that of the new Chief Executive, as part of the ongoing programme to refurbish the building which began under the previous Government. Expenditure incurred in these circumstances is not identified separately on my Department's financial systems.
