Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the average cost as a proportion of local market rent levels of homes built under the affordable rent model by (a) local authorities and (b) housing associations in (i) England, (ii) London, (iii) London Borough of Islington and (iv) Islington South and Finsbury constituency in each of the last four years.
