Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what his policy is on the number of conditionality referrals made by a Jobcentre Plus advisor being taken into account in their performance appraisal with their line manager.

There are no targets for the number of conditionality referrals made by Jobcentre Plus advisors. Frontline advisers’ performance is measured on delivering high quality public services.
