Question to the Wales Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, how many staff in his Department were engaged off-payroll in each of the last five years up to the most recent period for which figures are available.

The only staff engaged off-payroll are from an agency. The average numbers, in each of the last five years, are listed below:
