Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many police officers have died while on duty in each year since 2010.
The table provided contains data on the number of full-time equivalent police officers who died whilst on active duty in England and Wales, from 2009/10 to
2013/14.
These figures include both those killed in the line of duty and those who died from other causes such as road traffic accidents or natural causes.
