Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what discussions Ministers in his Department had with the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Public Health on alcohol duty prior to the publication of the Budget 2015; what issues were raised during those discussions; and if he will make a statement.
