Question to the Department for International Development:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, what proportion of the funding allocated by her Department to alleviate humanitarian disasters in each year since 2013 (a) remains held by multilateral organisations and (b) is yet to be disbursed.

In line with UK Government financial regulations, DFID does not make any payments in advance of operational need.
