Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Ministry of Defence annual report and accounts 2025 to 2026, Losses, if he will provide further information on the £31,676,000 constructive loss in relation to property demolitions wrote-offs.

The £31.676 million constructive loss is in relation to property assets that have been demolished before full economic benefit has been obtained due to Business as Usual asset management activities.
