Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Ministry of Defence annual report and accounts 2025 to 2026, Losses, if he will provide further information on the £9,948,000 constructive loss in relation to the asset impairment losses.

The constructive loss of £9.948 million was due to property assets that have been identified as significantly and/or permanently impaired assets where their value has diminished and/or they are due to be demolished.
