To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many staff were employed by her Department to process passport applications of any kind in each year since 2010.

Numbers of staff in Her Majesty’s Passport Office processing passport applications as opposed to other duties are not classified under a single category. This information is therefore not held centrally and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
