To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to his Department's annual report and accounts 2025 to 2026, what was the specific nature of the £620,000 constructive loss of the cancellation of Operational Advantage Centre.

The £620,000 constructive loss relates to design and feasibility work for a proposed new building intended to support the Operational Advantage Centre’s operational functions. The loss arose because, following a change in Defence investment priorities, the decision was made not to proceed with construction of this facility.
