Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the purpose of front desks in police stations; and if she will make a statement.

The purpose and use of front desks in police stations are local decisions for the directly accountable Police and Crime Commissioner and the Chief Constable of each area.
