Question to the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology:
To ask the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, what the terms of reference are for the Pornography Review announced on 3 July 2023; and which Minister has lead responsibility for that review.

The Government is committed to undertaking the comprehensive review of pornography regulation, legislation, and enforcement in a timely fashion.
The review will be led by an independent lead reviewer and the Government will consider the eventual findings. The details of the lead reviewer and the review’s Terms of Reference will be announced in due course.
