To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what assessment he has made of the estimates contained in the OECD report, Nuclear Energy and Renewables: System Effects in Low-carbon Electricity Systems, 2012 of the additional system costs of onshore and offshore wind and solar power if they reach 10 per cent and 30 per cent penetration of the UK electricity market.
