Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to his Department's document entitled Annual Report and Accounts 2024-2025, published on 4 November 2025, for what reason was there a Partial Debtor Write-off against Cavalry Barracks of £7,153,000.

The partial write-off of £7.153 million was due to the final deferred payment on a land sale not being made, as the purchaser went into administration.
