Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment he has made of the implications for the Government's policing and security policies of the ECHR decision in Catt v UK Government.

The Government is currently in discussions with police and other stakeholders to fully assess the implications of the recent judgment.
