Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what assessment he has made on the effect on the volume of ECO fuel poverty measures of PAS 2035; and if he will make a statement.
This question was answered on 21st March 2019
The Government will consult later this year on making Trustmark certification, and therefore PAS2035, a requirement under the Energy Company Obligation. We will publish an impact assessment of the costs and benefits alongside that consultation.
