Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, if she will publish the application made by the National Farmers Union for a derogation from restrictions on the use of neonicotinoids.

The Government is currently considering applications for emergency authorisation of neonicotinoid seed treatments for use on oilseed rape. All applications are treated as commercially sensitive and therefore are not published.
