Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if she will place in the Library her Department’s guidance to job centres on EU and EEA nationals claiming universal credit.

The Department already places copies of Universal Credit guidance in the House of Commons library, which is updated periodically.
