Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what plans the Government has to remove fees for the European passport return service.

In accordance with the powers given to Local Authorities under the well being provisions, they are able to determine what fees are appropriate in connection with the European Passport Return Service. The Home Office has no direct responsibility for determining what fees are charged in connection with this service.
