Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the Answer of 19 March 2026 to Question 120368 on Parking: Private Sector, whether the Department has concluded its consideration of the findings of the consultation; and when her Department plans to publish further details.

The government is committed to laying the Private Parking Code of Practice in Parliament in autumn 2026 and intends to publish its consultation response at the same time.
