Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 20 March 2019 to Question 232574 on Buildings: Insulation, whether his Department consulted the Local Government Association on the design of the test.

The Department has not consulted the Local Government Association on the design of the test. As with previous tests, we will work with industry bodies to ensure that the design is representative of industry practice.
