Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the total number of incidents have been where firearms officers were deployed by Police Forces in England and Wales in each of the last five years.

presents statistics on the number of operations in which armed officers were deployed by the 43 Home Office police forces for the financial years ending March 2009 to March 2018. The data can be found in table 1 of the publication tables.
