Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what estimate he has made of the number of Help to Buy scheme leaseholders who are out of the five year interest free loan period.

Data is publicly available in the Homes England Annual Report on the total number of Help to Buy loans that have been redeemed, and a breakdown of how many loans were taken out in each parliamentary constituency is available on the following websites:
