Maternity Services: Working Hours

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what proportion of hospitals in England that deliver full maternity service have 24 hours a day, seven days a week consultant presence on labour wards; and which hospitals in each region meet those criteria.
