Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many non-disclosure agreements have been entered into by his Department in each of the last five years in respect of a personnel matter relating to a Minister in his Department.

In each of the last five years, there have been no non-disclosure agreements entered into by the Department in respect of personnel matters relating to any Minister for my Department.
