Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, how many non-disclosure agreements his Department has entered into with departmental staff in each of the last five years.

Since the creation of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (July 2016), we have not entered into any non-disclosure agreements with our employees.
