Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 5 April 2019 to Question 239228 on Shipping: Equality, by what date he expects the final Post Implementation Review to be presented to the Reducing Regulation Committee.
This question was answered on 15th April 2019
It is anticipated that the Post Implementation Review will be presented to the Reducing Regulation Committee before summer recess 2019.
