Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what guidance his Department is giving to local authorities on the removal of cladding from high-rise buildings.

On the 30 June 2017, we published a note that sets out the immediate actions that landlords should be taking if it is determined that the insulation with Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) is unlikely to be compliant with current Building Regulations guidance.
