Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) has concluded its trial of higher-level Penalty Charge Notices during August 2026. The timetable for reviewing the results of the trial and sharing findings with the Department is a matter for BCP, at which stage the Department will review of those findings applying common analytical standards. The Department does not plan to publish its analysis of BCP’s trial findings.
