To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 9 April 2019 to Question 241019, what trains will replace the refurbished Sprinter trains destined for the Durham Coast line.

The trains that will replace the refurbished Sprinter trains destined for the Durham Coast line will be a matter for a future franchisee responding to the specification issued at the time.
