Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how much his Department has spent on external consultancy services in the last 12 months; and what those roles were.

The department is currently preparing the Annual Report and Accounts for 2020/21, which will be published shortly following the relevant audit and assurance processes. The full cost to the department of consultancy support and the key areas of spend in the 2020/21 financial year will be provided as part of the Annual Report and Accounts, and will be available upon publication.
