Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Department's press release entitled Care workers to be represented in fair pay agreements, published on 16 July 2026, whether plans are in place to undertake an independent evaluation of the first Fair Pay Agreement before negotiations begin on a subsequent agreement.
