Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Department's press release entitled Care workers to be represented in fair pay agreements, published on 16 July 2026, what discussions took place with organisations representing care home providers on the potential impact of the proposed Fair Pay Agreement on provider sustainability.
