To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what data sets are maintained by the NHS Litigation Authority.

The National Health Service Litigation Authority maintains data sets relating to the following:

  1. Management of clinical negligence and other non-clinical claims against the National Health Service in England on behalf of member organisations;

  1. Referrals to the National Clinical Assessment Service;

  1. Appeals in primary care contract disputes;

  1. Notifications made under the Performers List Regulations; and

  1. Operation of the Healthcare Professional Alert Notice System.
