Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, when his Department will publish its response to the technical consultation on implementing reforms to the leasehold system which closed in November 2018.

The Government is committed to promoting fairness and transparency for leaseholders and freeholders and ensuring that consumers are protected from abuse and poor service

We will publish the Government's response to the technical consultation on Implementing reforms to the leasehold system in England shortly.
