Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how health and social care services are being integrated in Hendon constituency.

In Hendon, the Integrated Paediatric Service Programme and Paediatric multi-disciplinary team, a collaboration of secondary care consultant paediatricians, early years representatives and primary care general practitioners, are facilitating early expert advice and care.

The cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention and management workstream has been established in Hendon to address health inequalities in outcomes for CVD, with the voluntary care sector, Inclusion Barnet, public health and the Barnet Borough Partnership.
