Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether his Department plans to publish an impact assessment of the proposal to introduce a £10 cap on all future ground rents in the leasehold market.

In line with usual practice, the Government’s intention would be to publish an impact assessment on our leasehold reforms as part of taking primary legislation through Parliament.
