Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many (a) digit and (b) limb amputations have been undertaken for people with (i) Type 1 and (b) Type 2 diabetes in each NHS (A) hospital and (B) clinic since 2010.

Information on the count of finished consultant episodes with a primary diagnosis of diabetes, broken down by type and a main procedure of amputations of limbs and digits and hospital provider between the financial years 2010-11 and 2017-18, is attached.
