Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what the timeframe is for the publication of the Government response to its consultation on Permitted development for shale gas exploration.

The government is considering the responses to the consultation and will publish its response in due course.
