Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the effectiveness of the Flee Fund and Future Fund in supporting survivors of domestic abuse to achieve long-term independence.
The Flexible Fund, delivered by Women’s Aid Federation England and a consortium of over 470 services, provides financial support to victims of domestic abuse to enable them to leave abusive situations or secure long-term stability, where their financial situation otherwise prevents that.
A breakdown of the number of applications received and accepted per year, as reported by Women's Aid Federation England, is provided below:
